Advice to new Earth Runners = People considering sandaling up
Use the toe spacers and start with some exercises for your feet before going fully into the minimalist life! It's a huge shift for our feet if we've been wearing conventional shoes with arch support our whole lives. Toe yoga FTW! And use the size guide to measure!

Starting to exercise regularly again for the first time since giving birth
