Advice for those new to minimalist footwear, wanting to try Earth Runners:  Start easy, and listen to your body. Most of all, have fun. Moving should always feel good.

Favorite athletic accomplishment from last year:  100 happy miles at the TRT 100, and hundreds more throughout the year

Active goals for this year:  Move fast, move free, and along as many trails as I can.
