Returns
Return/Exchange Policy: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you need to return your Earth Runners for exchange or refund, be sure you are returning clean, only-worn-indoors-for-testing, like-new sandals. At our discretion, if the sandals show signs of wear preventing us from re-selling as new, we may charge a 35% restocking fee. Heavily used sandals will not be accepted. Call or email us anytime for help determining fit or sizing issues, we want you to have the ultimate sandal experience! When you send your sandals back to us, be sure to include a note stating your name, order number, and reason for return and we'll take care of your refund. On exchanges, just let us know which size you need, we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds (if applicable)
Your return will be processed within 1 week of receiving your sandals back in the mail. You will receive a refund notification email once it has been processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
